Digital Capacitor say's "LO" and beeps

I have a 1.5 FARAD Capacitor from Pyramid and when I had my Jeep serviced I heard a constant beep coming from it and the subs were not going. It says LO on the digital read out. I tried powering down the capacitor and re powering it with the light bulb thing I received when I bought it. When I use the light bulb to power up FARAD the light never shines but the capacitor slowly powers up to say LO on the digital read out. I had battery tested and it came back good. Any ideas? The system worked fine before it was serviced. I think my battery was disconnected during the service and maybe screwed up capacitor during reconnection.

Do you have a voltmeter? If so take a measurement at the battery and at the cap and let us know what you get. Do it with the engine off and again with it on.

Try and redo the ground connection or make sure its tight. Do you have a charge resistor for the cap? Maybe try to recharge it.

NVM I had a bad ground. I appreciate the reply though. It cost me 22 for the damn Multi-meter.

I would have gone with the flux fluid level is low and needs filling.

The $22 meter was cheaper, flux fluid is $10,000/oz.
