SO I toke appart the entire system wiring , guess what I found the problem,
The power wires that runs from my amp to the fuse was Sparking in the fuse
the entire inside of the fuse holder was burn, so basically when a huge amp pull happend it shut off do to poor conductivity,
THE amp is good
the subs are good

FAULTY WIRING connection to the fuse was the issue!

Like i said my guess is a bad connection between the battery and the amp terminals.
I agree. A bad short would blow the fuse, not drop the voltage to 2 volts. You would have to draw over a thousand amps to drop 12 volts across that 4 gauge wire.

Also check your fuse, just because it looks good doesnt mean it is.

I've seen ANL fuses look perfect, and not work.

You could have an internal issue with the amp as well.

Check over ALL your connections, if they're ALL ok, swap the amp out for a know working one to find the culprit.

Interesting

I've had similar situations in my life time.
9/10 times its the fuse, or connections at the fuse.

But I had no idea at all.

I suspected the fuse right away but how that amp is cooling, or lack thereof, not going to be long before you have a issue with it as well.
