Hi,
I have Pioneer DEH-P3500MP. It's from Europe. I want to use it in Canada but I can't listen to AM radio stations. For example: I need 1030 AM but it skips it when searches for a station (I tried manual search but it’s the same). I DO NOT have the option to change the jums in the player.
What do I do?

You will need to have the "step tuning" frequency changed by a technician.
Or try contacting Pioneer Customer service from their web site at www.pioneerelectronics.ca to ask where the nearest authorized service depot is loacted.
