Head unit blue tooth problems

ill start by saying Im verry new to the audio world but i did recently install my first system into my grand prix heres an over view.

Head unit
Kenwood DDX418 DVD receiver
w/ gmos 100 conector

Amp
MRX-V60 - Alpine 5-Channel Subwoofer Amplifier

Speakers
alpine type s 6x9 in rear deck and 6in in front doors
another set of 2 1/2in JL audios are going in by the firewall to make up for the missing center speaker.

Subs
2 JL Audio WX7 12in subs (not yet installed)

Wireing
1/0 guage amp wire kit from KnuKoncepts
Mid grade 10 guage speaker wire
mid grade RCAs for front and sub chanels
The amp gets the rear speaker signal from 18guage wire not RCA

Im having a strange problem im getting alternator whine on one of my front speakers it was only at night untill this afternoon gonna play around with it Saturday when i build the boxes for the subs.

My main question is has anyone hurd of an app to change the Bluetooth Characteristics of a phone. My radio wont let me conect to my phone to use any of the blue tooth featuers. checked the kenwood site and theres not much info.
