Blue tooth audio problems - help please
Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but hopefully...
I've got one of these in my car and when i hook it up to my iphone to play music, it sounds really good, but like every 30 seconds it will skip and it's annoying.i think it may have to do with the phone trying to connect to wifi or something. Anybody have a fix for this ?? Thanks so much

Just wondering if you got this sorted out?
I just purchased an iPhone 3GS and am having the same problem. I'm running the Alpine IVA-W505 head unit and have tried the USB connection with a KCX-422TR adapter and the high speed (KCE-422i) connection as well.
I was sold the new KCE-433iV high speed cable that actually states iPhone use on it, but it does not connect up to this deck.
I've tried disabling just about everything on the iPhone (wi-fi, bluetooth, 3G......) as well as shutting bluetooth off on the deck. No change in the music. It still continues to skip.
Alpine tech support is looking into the problem, but there is no concrete fix yet. The latest possibility is to install the KCE-400BT bluetooth unit with the KWE-460E adapter to fit the W505 head unit, then connect the iphone to that unit using the already purchased KCE-433iV cable. Seems like a stab in the dark, but you never know.
Anyone been able to fix this issue yet?
Thanks,
Brad
