Help!!

can i hook up car audio to my home receiver for a few hours of output? and what are the consequences or anything else i shud know..if at all.

just trying to get quick and accurate answers. i'm competing in a canada wde competition (marketing campaign design) and am in the top 10...so i need to have this all ready for monday

if you more then one set of speakers you can set it up as 8oms
most speaker are 4 oms some are 2oms i do not know of a 8oms
i think alot of tweets are 4-8oms

i have two 10's, two 6X9's, two 6.5 components...how do u recomend i wire it together? (connecting what with what to produce the best 8ohm load)?

is your amp 2ch or 4ch
wire a ch like this 6x9 and 6.5 so + to +(speaker 1)-of speaker 1 to + of speaker 2 - of speaker 2 to - amp

the 10's are 500watts max, 250 RMS. i'm going to be running two amps setup to the same cd player. they are both home theatre receivers, except one is higher end then the other (one is 600 watts and the other 1200). i figured i could use one to power the speakers (run two channels two one series and two channels to the other series) and one for just the subs...
would this be okay? approx playing time is going to be 45-60min now
