Why do you have two Rockford amps? One amp wired at 2 ohms produces as much power as two of them. Just wire your sub (dual 4 ohms) in parallel to get a 2 ohm load and wire it to one amp.

Use this link to figure out how to wire them:

What version is the sub? Dual 2, 4, 8? As long as both amps are identical you should have no problem. Just set everything the exact same on the amps and wire one of them to each voice coil on the type r. + & - of one coil to one amp and the other coil to the other amp.

Is it a dual 2,4 or 8 ohm sub?

You might want to find out? Use a digit multimeter to check the ohms of the sub coils... if they're dual 2's them amps are gonna be feeding that sub ALOT of power. If you turn them down and give it some clean power it should really slam. Especially in a ported box. The fact that the amps have no subsonic filter concerns me.
