I got mine from Mouser Electronics - really good stuff (I remember that is not really worth to order less than 20 bucks, but its way better stuff than china crap...)

we have decided to send the amp in. just incase theres something we miss we dont want to make the problem bigger then what it is now

Good choice if you were just going to replace the fets- they are most likely not the problem but the result of failure of something else.
