So i fried my Visonik V900XD amp

so i found this Memphis_16-MC1500D amp that does 1500rms at 2ohms
My question is will this be over kill for my sub's?
2 x L5 Kicker 12" wires at 2ohms 1200rms

i knew that amp was fried.
L5's dont take the punishment that the L7's do.
i think with a new enclosure that a bit smaller, it'll be able to help minimize excursion which will help power handling of the wofoers

well am not sure if the amp is fried but am giving it a DEAD status for now, it still works and it still pounds , just not excessively! going to have ma friend come over and start investigating the wiring and all.

i can probaly turn the gains down and get away wid it. wid that Memphis amp.

L5's will be fine. dont waste your money for L7's. you will get the same result with that amp/power.

ok never mind the amp isnt fryed faulty connection between wire and fuse! causing massive arks XD melted the entire jacket of the wiring nice and wired now! hopefully
