Need some assistance in fixing 'Code Error' in my Blaupunkt AMO 105 stereo of my W124

Hi, I have the following Blaupunkt stereo seen in the attached photo, which shows a message as 'Code Error'. I found a note in the documents of the car where one of the previous owners had noted down the radio code as 3045. But as seen in the photo this one doesn't have a 0 key. Is this code wrong or is 0 represented by another key perhaps? Please do let me know your suggestions as it would greatly help me out as I'm struggling to find some info on this.
