rear left speaker extremely quiet

Does anyone know why my rear left speaker would me much quieter than all my other spekers? all of them are kenwood 3 way 6.5" speakers and they are all run off of an alpine 300W amp.

check your settings on the deck center all the speakers, then if the problom doesnt go away check your wiring and check your gains on the amp

The gain setting is one setting for both back speakers and the deck settings are all at 0. What wiring problems could there be?

I checked the connections and they are good. The wiring is the original other than from behind the deck to the amp.

At the amp, swap the rear RCAs left to right. Is the same speaker still quiet? If not, it's before the amp, if the same is still quiet, put the RCAs back and move on to the speaker leads. Swap the speaker wires left to right. Same speaker quiet? Yes = wire or speaker. No = amp.

If it is not the amp, the last check is to move the speakers themselves left to right. If it moves with the speaker, it is the speaker. If it stays, then it is the wire.
