speaker help/install

hi guys i bought a set of energy 6 1/2 ***/comp speakers (enc650cv2) and was wondering what your reviews on them would be?

my second part to my question is i have an 88 chev truck single cab with 2 12" kenwood subs running off an 900watt rms kenwood amp..... so i just had those crappy 4x2 pioneer speakers on the dash and bought these to better my sq and sort of balance out the sound with bass (dam subs pound lol) soo i would like to know if i should run another amp to power those 6 1/2s or just run em from the hu, a second thought is what should i do for mounting the speakers?? i know you can buy preformed kick panels but i almost would like to build my own any thoughts??
oh i also plan on running the speakers as components unless someone has a better idea

thanks alot for the help and i apologize for so many questions in one post lol

If you can get an amp for them, do it. They will sound so much better.

There is a spot that you can mount those in the door (you have to cut the door obviously) but it's not a great spot. I would go with the kickpanel.
