Street Organ Help
Hello,
I am building a street organ that will use a car stereo and speaker to play carnival/circus type music.
The stereo would be run off of a 12 volt battery and will be used at a school carnival.
I have a circuit figured out to switch the radio off when the organ grinder stops turning the crank. The only problem is that the radio does not pick up the tune where it left off. The same issue would occur if I switched off the speaker because the radio would still be on.
Can anyone suggest a radio make and model that I can pause with the use of a relay? Also any suggestions as to the radio and speaker combination to use would be appreciated. I would need to be able to run it for about six hours.
Thanks,
Brian
