Subwoofer,Amp minus CalgaryWinter equals?

Hi there,Iam having trouble with my awesome(used to be during the summer)
SonyXplod1300Peak and Visonik800watt bundle.
It was -30 or so this morning(Calgary), and my sub+speakers seemed to play music on lower volume levels as usual. Couldnt feel the bass at all, when i try to raise the volume to mid subwoofer starts to rattle (its in the trunk ofToyota4runenr by the way). I guess my questions would be:
at what levels should I have it when I start the car?
do i have to let it warm up at all?
do i have a fuse problem?
Thanks in advance!

(and i apologize if some1 already made this kind of topic, but i did my best in searching it).
