As Richard Clark once suggested, if you want to stop your headlights from dimming, then put a 1F cap on your headlight power wire.....

you need a smaller pulley on your alternator. i'm assuming this dimming is when the engine is at idle at the stop sign etc. this will provide a faster turning alternator. say going from a 54mm to a 47mm like i did on my tbird it fixed the problem. HO alternators are great at cruising speed but do nothing at idle IMHO. you may need to purchase an externally adjustable voltage regulator. there is a company in las vegas that makes these but the name slips me mind at this point. good luck with this.

what kind of voltage do you get with the car running?
how many watts are you pushing?

you should have very little dimming with the setup you show in the pictures

Look into a replacement or add on Kinetic PowerCells
