Numbers are always better than; "I did the big 3 and it's awesommmmmmmeeee!" At least the numbers didn't go down...that would have sucked!

lol, yeah ur right. When I install the new system I promise to do the same test and post it.

Not likely since the battery draws little current when it's topping up (>12.75v). The factory ground is more than adequate for this. Best way to test the first condition (car off) is to check the voltage, add the wire, then check again without turning anything on, including the engine.
Truth is we could argue this all week and get no where. The conditions were not controlled. I'm just glad to see someone is making an effort to measure and share results. If nothing else maybe it will inspire others to do a more controlled test.
