Would will alpine ktp-445 work with JVC KW-XR810

no, only designed to work with certain Alpine units from 2005 or later. The harness is designed to plug right into the head unit's harness. i suppose it could work, if you disected the harness and found what wire did what, and hard wired it to your head unit, but hardly worth the effort.

12V+ Constant - Yellow
12V+ Switched - Red
Ground - Black
Remote - Blue/White
Left Front Speaker Positive - White
Left Front Speaker Negative - White/Black
Right Front Speaker Positive - Gray
Right Front Speaker Negative - Gray/Black
Left Rear Speaker Positive - Green
Left Rear Speaker Negative - Green/Black
Right Rear Speaker Positive - Violet
Right Rear Speaker Negative - Violet/Black

that's the wiring just get the wiring of you vehicle/hu harness and Bob's your uncle

Hmm, selecting a radio becasue of burr-brown bits and then connecting it to that amp seems a bit of a contradiction. I would look for more power.
