Your better off keeping an eye on Kijiji or if you're willing, ship from eBay.
If you're really eyeing something that you can only get in the U.S., let me know and I will bring it over the border for you, I have a pick-up of my own stuff in March.

I bought my 850rms Kenwood on eBay, JL 1000/1 on eBay (x2), couple of smaller amps on Kijiji, and the rest of my amps through American car audio forums through people that had a lot of feedback. Something goes wrong, I blame them.
