batt terminals, power, ground, speaker wire, rcas, distribution block, and more

25'+ 0ga or bigger wire
15' 0ga or bigger wire
Positive and negative battery terminals 2x 0/1 out (prefer the ring terminal style ones like the monster slim lines batt terminals)
1/0 gauge fuse holder (ANL)
distribution block- 1/0 in, 2x 1/0 out (fused is preferred but doesnt matter)
50' of 12, or 14 gauge speaker wire (OFC, quality wire)
3 15'+ RCA's
1 10'+ RCA
RCAs must be quality not looking for anything cheap or anything too expensive.
also looking for a pac lc-1, 10x 0/1 gauge terminals

Have you tried Canadian Tire, Future Shop, Princess Auto, Lordco?

What about local car stereo shops that work with these things all the time?

Can you define overcharge? Is it more than cost plus 25%? Is it more than 50%? Where does overcharging start? Cost? Does everyone overcharge? Is it the retailers, or is it you?

I was quoted $90 for battery terminals. didnt even care to ask how much the rest would cost, but I know I could buy the stuff of the internet for half as much.... I could probably get batt terminals, rcas, speaker wire, and a distribution block for $90.

There are two types of wire that you can get from the internet. Good & . The stuff will be CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) and undersized, but the price is AWESOME!!!

The other option is real copper. It allows for better flow. The same could be said for the other items that you're looking for.

Good luck on your search.
