Can I use a distribution block as a fuse block?

I am making my own amplifier wiring kit from different wires I have acquired over the past month, month and half. I have all of the wires, I just don't have a fuse block, would it okay to use a distribution block as my fuse block. I am using 1/0 gauge wire and thats what the distribution block has as its maximum. So my only question is if it is okay to use my distribution block as my fuse block? Are there any problems with using it as my fuse block? Or is it the same?

Does your distribution block have fuses in it?

Yes - then it is a fused distribution block.

No - then it is not a fuse block..
