I have an ANL Fuse Holder that you could mount somewhere in the dash. I know it's not EXACTLY what you're looking for but I'm checking anyways. 40$ shipped, it's new but opened, here's a pic: Photo: IMG 1940 | FS on CCAB album | Popof | Fotki.com

You can use it as a voltmeter, a fuse holder, or both!! If you know anything about soldering, you could even take it apart and have both individually!!!

 

Rockford Fosgate has one which is also a temp meter also.

I don't know the # off hand.
