Plastic control cover for Audison LRx

Plastic control cover for Audison LRx
I'm looking to buy one of the plastic covers that goes over the controls on the top of last year's Audison LRx amps. I need the cover and the screw that holds it on. Let me know if you have one you are willing to part with, or if you know where I can get one.
