Looking for something like the Sundown SAZ-1500D

Variable Subsonic Filter
Variable Low Pass Filter
Variable Phase Shift
Zero(0) Gauge Power Supply Connectors
No shinny surface (chrome, glossy...)
Used or new

I live near Montreal,QC and I am willing to spend 400$ shipping included.
