what size screws should i use? to bolt down the subs? and what type?
and i will use a small drill bit to pre-drill the screw in

Your going to want to round the outside edges of the port. The side were the sub mounts you might not want to take off too much. I use 1 1/4" green deck screws. They are thick and strong.

Otherwise, it looks awesome!

the corners have been rounded off box is painted
din'nt bolt the subs down neither do i have a strong enuff power source (atx power supply keep going into protective mode)

but *** at like may 2/10 of the volume the entire garage just vibrates!

lol i got a video just uploading the box is painted glossy black
first coat is Bed liner for a surface, then flat black and then 2 coat of clear black coat
going to buff it up to get that real shine
going to cut up my old box build an amp rack at the side for ma 2 amps
