what If I had one sub up front and the other in the trunk? I'm actually thinking about fabricating a small sealed enclosure to fit underneath the glove box.

I must agree, I've been in the industry for 22+ years and have never heard 2 different woofers in the same car sound very good. Port the W6 or keep what you have.
