I need some help with bracing the box. Any input would be muchly appreciated.

Booyah, I like your box design but would for sure internally have a solid divider between pairs of subs.

Thanks man. Yea I was planning on sectioning the box off into 2 sub sections. I still dont really know how much support I am going to need. I will put a solid peice of mdf between the 4. Then should I also have braces between each of the subs? Like windows of mdf?

I was thinking of the braces being full size like top to bottom, and from the front of the box back to the port, with like a 14" X 14" square cut out of them. will having the brace against the port change the tuning or anything? For sectioning the box into two peices should I just use 1 peice of 3/4" mdf? And will 3/4" be thick enough for the entire box? I was planning on useing 2 peices for the front peice.

Thanks alot guys I have learned alot snoopin around. The other 2 subs and amp got here today. I will go into town tomorrow and pick up some mdf, a table saw, and my subs. I will be sure to post you some pics of the finished product. With the port facing forwards it should almost blow your hat off your head

A 3/4 inch solid brace/divider between pairs of subs is enough for the divider. You will be using 2 ports now, the closer your slot port gets to the edge of the box internally, the more it effects tuning.

For your front baffle laminate (3) sheets of 3/4" together, or for the very minimum use (2) sheets. Also use t-nuts and bolts to mount the subs, not wood screws.
