You need to resolve the issues with your current equipment before you start adding more.

I would suggest looking to your 6.5" (i assume they're mounted in the doors?) dampen the area, front and behind the driver.
Where are they currently crossed over? This could be a potential issue as well.
This will make a world of difference.

There isn't much you can do with 6x9" in the rear shelf.

If you cant get the mid-bass you want out of the 6.5", pick up a set of dedicated mid-bass drivers.
Kicker SSMB8 are a good choice if you're on a tight budget (I had them in my last install and they worked very well)

I don't know why you guys are bothering. It is clear to me that Luke has it all figured out - he knows exactly what he is doing. Now just tell him the driver that will work and he'll be fine.

I'm planing on setting LPF on my deck to 100Hz the running it through JL and setting the pre-amp crossover to HPF setting of 60Hz.

I will do that , i will try to seal everything this week... with the superb blueskin revolutionary soundeadner :], or if that will totally fail, a standard super overpriced rubber on tin foil.

the worst comes to worse, and I really hate the 8"in my cabin, I will bring it indoors and upgrade my computer audio :].... (Yes i know i can't just hook it up to home audio system :] )....

Thanks for the advice everyone.

Anyone has a idea of placing that 8" inside of the cabin in 97 civic coupe( i think we all now what those look like)?

[since I did not get a clear answer about what enclosure, besides father that suggested a bandpass sealed chamber bass reflex box- I will try to build this box, but I doubt I will do good) the 8" ( hopefully a CDT ef-8) is going to a small sealed box for now.

I did not ask about what driver, the problem here is that people go waaay of track on my original question. I now what I have to do with my current setup. I know the bass response will improve after I'm done, but I was just asking what box will be best for 8" at 60-100Hz. And sorry if I sound rude about some of the advices, but people post bunch of stuff sometimes not even related to the original question. I appreciate all the helpful advices, but the question is still there :], Maybe its impossible to set an 8" to 60-100Hz, if that's the case, let me know :]. If You are frustrated with this thread, don't bother responding, I'm doing car audio for fun, not to **** off anybody here.
