Cool abs enclosure help*****

ok im gonna make this short and sweet
lately ive been picking up some random subs off ebay jl audio audiophile and a couple others i have lots of vehicle projects

here is my question i have access to miles of 1.5 inch thick abs pipe while driving by it i thought my lord bass tube its width is just over 12 and just over 10 on the inside so a sub will fit perfect i also have access to adhesive that will bond anything to it as well its super easy to pre drill and use screws what im thinking is of building a couple to my sub specs for volume and mounting mdf to both ends then carpeting i remember years ago that bass tubes were popular so if someone could tell me
how good of an idea is this i could make single sub or dual sub dual and single chamber im thinking i might build and carpet them make a bunch and sell them probably on ebay i will at least be building them for my own vehicles but i dont want to waste my time if it is worthless sooo pro's and con's please if you wouldnt mine

in advance thanks alot

Pros - easy to do, works like a regular enclosure.

Cons - looks easy to do, never really fits in the car that nice.
