thanks JordyO, there giving me 2 completely different setups though...... one MTA is saying both subs up with ports facing the left side Yuli is saying subs on the seat facing forward with the ports facing the trunk

True... but it's because Peter didn't notice you'd be building for Street Stock... It's fine and either would probably work..

max width is 37.5. height 17 and depth 26 but if my subs are on my seat then i gain 19 inches

how the heck do i secure the pvc to the box? SILICONE WILL NOT HOLD

a well managed with a few make shift brackets...... still a bit wobbly

so for those of you who are following this thread i hit a 143.4db, which is my personal best. i know these subs have more potential though......... back to the drawing boards

you're right..streets stock alows you to almost create a no-wall type setup

make a box that has the subs firing up and port to the driver side, this box will have a lower impedance rise that will get the most power out of your amps.

another test would be to burp one amp @ 1 ohm and see if that gains, if it does, then dual 2's would be your best bet
