Thanks, no 45s anywhere. Only thing not 90* is the port opening. I used a 1/4" round over on it. Couldn't do any more as you can see from the first pics there is a row of screws right there. Carpet was cut right at the edges of them. Finally got to use my new router table last week building a box for slaughter. Bit of a learning curve to it. LOL Took over an hour to set it up to make 2 passes to round the port wall end. Need to play around with it a bit more before I get good at it. LOL Seemed to be capable of doing some interesting stuff once operator incompetence is fixed. LOL

Ahh okay LOL Gotcha now. I saw a couple of tutorials on how to do the carpet on the ends like that. It seemed way to much to do the cuts with a table saw first, even if I had one and it would not work with a double front baffle. LOL So I came up with a real easy, real quick way to do it after it is all put together. Some people think it's a waste of time, I just like how it looks. Got the trick to doing the 45s on the corners now, last time had a few large gaps. Screwed up the seam along the entire bottom though this time. Used a straight edge and everything but 1/4" gap almost all the way across. But hey thats why you put the seam on the bottom right?
