Very nice looking box my friend. Where you have that slight angle into the slot, it looks like the airway get's pinched. Just something to consider. I can't wait to see it finished.

now that the ports are rounded off the port width is
constant around the bend..
there is more than enough port area,the airflow will be good

I knew this box was going to be tricky but I'm
up to the challenge

DUDE! I want that face mask thing! That would be sooooooo helpful. And your box looks very nice and sturdy.
