ok so i guess im making a new box...that box i have now is too small to be ported, and i dont want a sealed one. so im going to get 1" thick mdf (last one was 3/4") and i made a design and id like some suggestions. what kinds of things can i improve on? im not all that sure about the port design...ideas/suggestions?

 

Don't bother with that inside port wall, and just spec it to one.

 

well i dont have a whole lot of experience making boxes, so...how would i go about doing that? lol
