Question CUSTOM BOXES

I have a '98 Malibu LS. I'm looking to install 2 8" subs in the trunk. As my LS has the fold down rear seats, I'd prefer to nestle the subs in the back of the trunk, behind the wheel wells. Does anyone know someone reputable in the GTA who does good work? I need 2 boxes. Should I go enclosed?

Direct me!!

hold on, you want two separate boxes on either side of the trunk? made of MDF? hmmmm? Any shop can make you what you want. (well almost any) If you go with a sealed box you generally get a better frequency response, if you want a ported box, they are more biased to one note and the harmonics of it, so basically the box(s) will be louder at a certain frequency, its all about your prefferance, and what type of music youl; be listenining to

Umm.. err.. let's get back on topic. I need advise, so rather then putting each other down, lend me a hand.

Yeah, I'm thinking about having 2 boxes, either side of the trunk. I'd prefer to slide a couple of 8"s there, but I'm not sure how easy it is to come across 8" woofers.

As for who'll construct these boxes.. any suggestions? Again, keep in mind.. I'd like to stay local... so someone in the GTA.

As for amps. Do i require 1 amp to drive the woofers.. and then another to drive the 4x6s and 6x9s? How big an amp? I'm using the factory HU, so I'm pretty sure I'll require an amp. I'm looking for a sleek system.. neat & clear..
