Right on! Thanks mustaine, I appreciate it. Right now, I can't really give you an 'accurate' measurement, other than what I just posted. It's that damn center console that's inhibiting my plans...I've also though of pulling it and building a console with the sub enclosed inside it.
I do like your thought of angling it rearwards though.

center console, down fired woofer(s) will work best with your truck in terms of SQ and proper output.

Thank you jalat. The more I think about it and after seeing that console posting, I do believe that is the route I shall go. I'm just not too enthused with the amount of work involved at the moment...But that link did make up my mind.
