i was looking into a nailer... but didnt get one how big of nails should i use? 1 5/8s still just like the screws?

I would think something no more than 1 1/2" cause when you nail it in, the nail gets sunk into the wood a fair amount.

i dont think this box is tuned to what you think it's tune to.

that devider attacked to the back wall in the middle of the port totally change your tunin.

i know screws arnt needed i dont have clamps to use so i just screw anyway

at the same time, if you got a reasonably large enclosure, with a good amount of power to it, that glue wont hold up for very long.

vibrations will eventually break the seal of the glue.

my thinking too. the only nail i might trust, which would smash the box to bits and split the box like crazy would be a framing nailer.
