Enclosure for my mid

I have a set of Polk MoMo MM6 components and was wondering whether it would be a good idea to make a sealed baffle/enclosure for the thing. Probably going to be layering 1/2 inch MDF board until I have the right shape. Will leave room for wires to come out on one layer with 2 wire sized notches on it. Now, the tricky part. Will a sealed sound better than just leaving the back open? I can't seem to get a program to recognize that this is just a 6.5" midwoof and to give me a decent internel volume based on the thielle parameters. They are available at MM6 Car Audio System from Polk Audio

I plan on this being either a cylinder with a flat or slanted top, so I may angle the driver towards opposite seat head cushion area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
