figuring out box size

Hey all,

So I am going to attempt to build a fibre glass box in my spare tire location. I have read all kinds of things and I am ready to start this project.

The only thing I cannot find out is how to figure out the volume of the box so I get the desired size. A picture is attached if anyone can help

Thanks
