i guess it doesnt look loud at all...plain grey...no color.....your right.....it doesnt look loud at all.....we should put some bight colors and some accents ..then itll "look" loud......

i dont think we had the intention of looking loud when we built it...we had the intention of sounding loud...

those that heard it 2 years ago know....

Question

I have to wonder every time I see a setup like that.....it must be hell trying to figure out how much port you're doing when they are so large.....

Looks damn impressive...from the comments above I take it the box worked fairly well.....

yes. the box was actually built to be about 2 cuft per woofer and the size of the port is deceiving. it is the size of one woofer. and there is an expanding horn infront of the port...

there were no parralel sides anywhere...the roof and floor are differente angles....the side walls are different.. and the wall that look liike where the port is...is a triangle shapped piece. of the outter walls are like that because that was the largest size box we can fit into the car....and then we started shrinking it once we realized that the box was louder with smaller size box.

it is in no way a traditional box...ported box...folded horn...or any other type of box....but it played and accentuated bass note from 20-6 extremly well like the characteristics of a folded horn.
