We finished taking the sono curve out of the box,(what a pain!!) put the 3rd sub back in and fired it up. No TL, but a little bit louder to the ears, and a little lower. Still dissapointing

But we go on a tour anyhow, after about 20 mins the amp seems kinda hot and the output seems to be suffering. So we pull into Home Depot and unhook the middle sub, back up to 1 ohm, leaving the sub in like the PR setup before.
Well, holy crap!! Its louder again, TL or not, it's louder.

So we're still not sure why we can't run the 3 subs in the box and get numbers!!
Too small a box? too little port area? Amp hates .67 for any length of time?
The plan now is to get on a dang TL and test the 2 vs 3 sub setups.

Any more thoughts are very welcome

port sub configuration is completely wrong... try sub up port up or subs back port back

Will do Jalat. Probably really need a new box Next box we make will be able to switch configs. We custom fit this one for max size and it fits behind the seats only one way. 1st mistake

So a new box is the plan after we test a few things with this one. Not having a TL handy really slows down SPL testing...lmao *groan*

Feel like designing one for fun Jalat?
