box is just about done, just gotta put the top on, and then put some threaded rod in for bracing, ports painted, not sure yet if ill keep it raw or carpet box or just paint it.

I would have put a cross brace in between the subs, you're going to get alot of flex there. Also doesn't look like you followed the plans completely as whoever designed it called for 2.25" front baffle and you have a 1.5" baffle. GL.Other then that looks ok

so thx for bringing back a thread that was 4 months old, but there wasnt any flex on the front as u say becasue i added threaded rod it just wasnt in the pics, and i dont know what your talking about baffle being 2.25 clearly theres 2 layers of wood there and a circle there to represent the sub being mounted on top but kay

Ahahaha didn't even look at how old it was. I thought it looked like there's 3 layers of 3/4" mdf, at least I presumed that's what it was. Why threaded rod?? All you needed is a 3/4" x say 6" piece that mounted to the front baffle and went from top to bottom, you know the saying "KISS" usually works, kay.
