Fozz - I would like to give this a go myself - If I fail then I would definitely take you up on your offer! If you could post pics that would be great - I think I'll take you up on the rings offer though for the 4" K2P's and the TN52 Focal.

Yeah, dude there glassed the inside of the spheres I believe where Fozz describes how to do it by glassing the outside of the sphere. Obviously both work.
