Cell phone pics sorry lol

So its a 3 inch port its put together with Marine screws. All holes are pre drilled and counter sunk. All pieces are glues with Lepage construction adhesive. Then the seams are sealed with the same product. Tonight mission is to sand the port smooth and spry the inside with Rock guard.

The outside is getting the screw holes filled and sanded and rock guarded as well.

Thumbs up

Looks good for your first try.....I would suggest a brace between the subs to help stop any flex in the longest section of the box.....run it from the front baffle to the rear wall.......

A 3" wide pc of 3/4" MDF is all you need.....another one beside it from top to bottom couldn't hurt......

HAHA stop sign. The jig saw I was using looks like it came from the 50's lol The router broke and would not plunge so I did it by hand. No leaks so thats good.

The "blue thing" is another project I got on the go. Its a 1971or 72

I was given two of em:

Come to think of it. I can pull one sub and put that brace in.
