Need help with enclosure for OPTI1532D

Hey everyone, i'm the new guy.I love this forum, lots of smart people here. I am about to build a sealed enclosure for my OPTI1532D. It is a classy looking driver so I don't want to invert. Its going in my Mercedes Benz Compressor, in the back. I am building a false bottom above the spair tire for my amps with a plug in terminal for the sub box. I want to be able to easily remove the box when ever I need the space. I would like to make the box close to the width (36") and depth(24") of the storage area, my problem is the height of the box. I'm afraid of getting to close to the window, this driver has a 4" voice coil and I know its going to move a lot of air. Should I angle it one way or the other? How close can I get. I will be pushing this driver with a Power Acoustic GT16000D, I think the real RMS is 2400Watts, I plan to operate at 4ohm and rein back the amp gain a little because the OPTI RMS is 1300 watt. I haven't purchased this amp yet in case anyone has any opinion, one way or the other on that. How ever i'm not trying to spend much over $250 on a sub amp right now. I have spent to much on everything else already. If it matters I typically listen to Metal, Classic Country, Some Dance or rap, and talk radio- yes I said talk radio. One must have the best performance out of their system for talk radio.
