p2d4 12 250w rms rockford

Hello,

As per the title , I have an older rockford fosgate sub : the P2D4 12" dual 4 ohm 250 watt rms.

I am having trouble finding the specs to use with winISD pro . so that I can design a box.

I would like to read about some tried and tested designs in terms of box design and sub combo but there is a lot of info to sift through.

I'm still in the early stages of building a system. I have a number of older subs, a table saw , router and table and am ready to build, but I don't have the optimal amp, and I have been reading about passive resistance designs which sound like something that I might consider since I have a lot of subs that I am not using.
I'm hoping some one can steer me in the right direction.

Timed it, to less than a minute, Google is a magical thing:

Here are the TS parameters. I would not recommend using WinISD, I've personally never had good luck with the program. I would recommend Hornresp: Hornresp. The program is much easyer to add new drivers, and is far more powerful than WinISD. You will want to find a tutorial (Google is once again helpful).

magical yes, And although I do appreciate this information page, snarky comment aside about your google skills.
My sub is the older 250w rms , not the 400rms that is spec readily available. this is not to say that my google skills are great, I'm sure the 250rms specs are out there.

maybe there is a more generic box dimension thing for this size and out put? I'm not working with competition materials after all , I'm sure the finer specs of the perfect box can be overlooked , I just wanted some half decent dimensions if I am to put a table saw and router to use. I already have a crappy-no-attempt-at-tuning-box.
