4 runs wire, 2 cheap deep cycle batts, 2 AQ 2200's strapped on a mach5 spl12.

I've been floating around 149.6 for a while. I'm thinking of trying a sub up, port up setup.

Final product installed. Got a nice 151.4 out of this setup with car running on a borrowed sub. Lots more work to do for next season. Already have a pair of 10's coming.

very nice man, bring it to a show sometime.

get rid of those fuses by the second battery, you will go up to 152 as you should be hitting that.

That's on the to-do list for next season. Make a fuse block that can be switched out easily for a solid piece of copper on 12 (6+, 6-) runs of wire. I have a pair of fuses under the hood also as it is now. New batteries too for next season.

Only thing left I want to do this season is test with the roof soundproofed.

I do plan to make it out to some Toronto shows when they don't interfere with the league I follow. It is a good drive since its a hour longer than the drive Jordy makes to go out there.

now that you have your mold done you should try getting some 8" pvc and heating it up as you stretch it over the mold. If your perfected the process you could pump them out really quickly. Blow torch on the outside and boiling vegetable oil on the inside of the flare i hear is the way to go.

come out this sunday to the iasca finals in whitby.

ps. dont sound proof the roof. put in other places where it would actually do something.

The doors, sides, and hatch are already soundproofed. All that's left is the floor itself.

For the roof I need to pull the liner since the antenna is not working, so I'm just going to try some cardboard and duct tape to see if there's a gain or loss. If there's any gain I'll do it properly with some proper soundproofing

I would love to make it out to whitby, but no funds and a 4 1/2 hour drive go against each other. Don't worry, I will make some next season. With a better battery and more wire, I'll be able to pull my trunk battery to be classed properly.
