Question about ports

Why you think its tuned to low? I'm not sure what I want, I just would like good bass. Would tuning at 34 hertz be better? I Listen to rap, hip hip, r&b, techno and some country when the girlfriend is it the van. But the country isn't played loud cause I'm not a fan. lol

If I were to but fire the subs sideways and the port facing the rear would that make any difference, then subs and port facing the rear?
