Well I have 2 10's that require a 2.5 Cft enclosure tuned to 30hz but I can only find plans for 2.5@28hz or 32hz which one should I go with or keep trying to find plans for the correct enclosure?....(hint, hint)

On another note... Adding the second sub doesn't change what the box should be tuned to(manufacturers recommendation for the one sub) does it?

Also, the manufacturer suggests the port be 3"diameter and 14.7 length for a 1.25cft enclosure but doesn't say the freq....so using one of those port calculators I came up with the freq. Being 30hz..... Am I correct?

It's correct, but you can tune to what you want by changing the port, so you're not stuck to just those two frequencies. For example, if the same 3" port was around 10.25", the tuning would be 35hz. Tuning recommendations are just that..recommendations, the actual performance has a lot to do with the particular car's acoustics, so 30 hz in one car may sound very different in another car...that's why you have to experiment a bit.
