What is it you're seeking? Specs on a good box? Someone to build it? What exactly?

you need to ask a question to get an answer. (IE. what type of wood do i use, what should the internal volume be. What size port should i have, should i go vented or ported, whats my tuning frequency?....) everyone around here is really helpfull!! unfortunately no one here can read minds....Well not that ive found anyways.

L7 15" Kicker? 6 cubes vented, tuned between 35-45hz gets loud, but for SPL I believe you need design the box around the vehicle it is going into, and do some calculations, to get it to work as efficiently as possible. I do not know a whole lot about SPL, I am sure someone on here can help you out more.
