Sealed box 45's?
Do 45's help a sealed box for air flow or just bracing?

Where are you trying to get the air to 'flow'?
Reality, as the cone moves in the pressure inside the box increases evenly throughout it, there is no flow.
So to answer your question: just bracing.

^^x2 and may help with eliminating standing waves if the box has parallel walls.
