Sealing 1998 VW Jetta, From B Pillars To The Trunk:
#2
You're going to have to explain more. Where exactly do you want to seal? Is it around the sub box so that all the sound is directed inside the car? The b pillars are in the middle of the car, so i don't understand why you would seal from there...unless you want to build a wall???

Take .75" MDF and cut it to within the maximum L*W that can fit through the door and temporarily duct tape it to the front of the box. Take a piece of particle board and bend it then put it through the door (vehicle?) so it can't get out, and measure for a cut, go easy on the cutting, taking a little off each time. I assume the roof is arc'd. After it fits, bend it/take it out to wrap it up in sweet sweet fake leather, and then put it back in and glue it do the MDF, then glue the MDF to the front of the box. Use crazy gorilla glue, or something. It doesn't have to be uber strong, it just has to look sweet. The easiest way to cut the particle board is to center a laser-measuring tape (digital readout) in the middle and move it in 360 degrees, for each inch of movement you write down a number so later you'll know the exact measurements it needs to be. It's tough as to measure 360 degrees by hand. I don't know how to center/mount and put a spin on a laser-tape. Get a block of wood, a drill, and a nail lol.

it is hard to understand because of this
you make it sound like you are going to throw a box on ur back seat and wall it behind the box.
just a tip, being an *** isnt going to get you a lot of help.
as far as building a wall, be creative, seal it with expanding foam, fiberglass, hell even tuck tape if you dont care about looks. cut the wood close to the profile of your car and silicon it..... there are hunderds of options. pick what will work for you.
